So I've been Shredding everyday, have not missed a day yet! I'm almost halfway through with Level 3!
- Surprisingly, I don't think I sweat as much as in Level 2.
- Legs feel like they're ready to fall off by the end of the 20 mins. LEVEL 3 is a leg killer
- I still hate planks and anything to do with planks.
- I think I may need to replace my wrists :P
- I have made some adjustments because 1) my wrist problems 2) I can't do sit ups
- There's a ton of jumping in this Level, so knees beware!
- I still do the wimpy version of almost everything.
What I really need to do is lose the belly fat. My friends would probably hit me if I said I need to lose a little weight, haha, which is why I try not to in front of them. Lol, but they don't know how tight the top of my jeans are, so there! I think I need to up the cardio to do that though. Time to sign up for some gym time and start being good about heading to the gym for some jam time!
It's so gloomy outside today! UGH, I want sunshine again!

im impressed that you havn't missed a day yet! takes great discipline i tell you! haha! and if you wanna lose belly fat (which i am also trying to lose) try some core training :)
I'm so impressed! It sounds like you've been doing great. I'm a terrible person, I've been on vacation for 5 days and didn't shred once. I can just see Jillian Michaels staring me down from the DVD cover. I will have to get back to it ASAP :)

Kym: Lol, I'm trying to be disciplined! I know I know, but it really sucks that I can't do sit ups...no stomach muscles at all!
Mara: Awww, vacation is a good excuse. I need to start doing some cardio though to make this all worthwhile. Need to fit keep myself from having to buy bigger jeans ;).

Good luck on the gym thing! I work at a gym but I could never work OUT at a gym. I hate it. I prefer to run outside in the sunshine with my ipod. More power to you for keeping up with the shred!
I find it helpful to watch action movies while I exercise. I feel all pumped...like I'm running from the bad guy to save the world by finding the chip! ...yeah, I really love transformers...hehe. Just dropped in from we love comments to show love! Cya!!
