Fondue LOVE!

I love Melting Pot! Seriously, the cheese fondue was to die for! Spinach and artichoke, yum yum. And the the delectable chocolate fondue! Cheesecake, brownie and pound cake. Triple yum!

And to top it all off, an awesome lunch with a great bunch of gals! It was a ton of fun to take a nice long lunch break.

Part of the amusement, came from our "stoned" waiter. Seriously this server was totally rude, and mumbled half the time, and the other half, swearing to himself. Isn't the Melting Pot supposed to be a classy place?! I think he missed the "be nice to customers" or at least "act sane" in front of them rule.

Here is the list of his "weirdness" and endless points of amusement!

• He called a previous server "stupid".
• He almost fell on top of one of my friends.
• He flicked the cheese to mix like he was mad so that cheese bits came flying out.
• He swung the serving tray, almost taking out one of my friends.
• He ****ed a few times while serving.
• He was part of the reason the lunch took 2 hours. It took forever to get our fondue, even though there was no cooking involved.
  

Each time he came back to our table, a few of us would end up cracking up...because we had been talking about how wasted he looked and sounded. Half the time, we couldn't understand a word he said. I mean, all of us thought he said "coffee" when he really said cow's feet!

Oh my! It was so much fun!
