Another long break between posts, sorry about that. The stress of experiments is still here, but this time more relegated freaking out about what the results will be, problems with assays, etc. So frustrating and stressed. UGH!
On the personal side of things, one of my friends suggested journaling. To vent, to write down what I'm feeling etc. Have any of you ever kept a journal? What do you write about? And have you kept up with it?
Out of curiosity, what is the difference between a diary and a journal?
On the fun side of things, I've been shopping left and right. RETAIL THERAPY! Not so good on a credit card, but I should start building my work clothes now anyway. Or at least that's what I tell myself.
A snippet of the things I bought, an awesome trench from Banana Republic, cardigans from Old Navy, Express, some work pants from LOFT. I also just recently purchased a boatload of things (cardigans, tops) to try on from LOFT because they had their 40% sale, and their free shipping.

i used to keep a journal when i was younger. my sister and i would spend half an hour every night writing in it and now, i love reading what i was up to as a child.
to me, the difference between a journal and diary is that a journal is more of a documentation of your day to day life. a diary is more of a place to write your deepest inner thoughts.
